Chips and salsa are one of America’s favorite snacks. We like to eat them at restaurants, on Taco Tuesday’s, as snacks during the big game or other sporting events. There is nothing better than fresh homemade salsa and once you try this recipe for authentic Mexican restaurant style salsa you will never buy salsa at the store again.
Ingredients 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes
3 small cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
1 loosely packed cup of cilantro
½ white onion
1 jalapeno
Juice from one lime
Directions:
Add all ingredients to food processor or blender.
Pulse blend to achieve desired amount of smoothness or chunkiness.

mix the coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract together and stir.
Mix raisins, cranberries, sliced almonds, coconut, cinnamon sugar, and pinch of salt with the oats.
Pour the coconut oil/honey mixture over the oats and mix all together.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Make sure you check it every 10 minutes and stir the granola during the time to allow it to brown evenly.

1. Avocado
2. Chopped Onions
3. Crushed Chili Pepper flakes
4. Salt
5. Garlic
6. Juice from a lime
Directions:
Cut Avocado in half and scoop each half into a bowl.
Mash up your avocado.
Add your chopped onion, crushed chili pepper flakes, salt, garlic, and lime juice.
